GOCOSHOP is currently operating in a pilot phase. Access to certain boutique features, including digitised listings and tokens, may be activated in stages during the pilot. Where a feature is not yet available to you, the related terms apply from the date that feature becomes available to you.
GOCOSHOP (gocoshop.com.au) is a circular fashion marketplace and retail operating system operated by Good Order Collective Pty Ltd ACN 698 884 114 ('Good Order Collective', 'GOCO', 'we', 'us', 'our'). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the GOCOSHOP platform, including the website, directory, storefront tools, marketplace, and all associated services.
By accessing or using GOCOSHOP in any capacity — as a shopper, boutique operator, or visitor — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms apply alongside additional documents depending on your role:
GOCO operates as a marketplace facilitator and software provider. GOCO does not buy, sell, or own any Item listed on the Platform. When a Shopper purchases an Item, the contract of sale is between the Shopper and the Boutique. GOCO facilitates the transaction as limited payment collection agent for the Boutique.
GOCO is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of Items listed by Boutiques. GOCO is not the vendor or seller of record for any Item. Consumer guarantee rights under the ACL attach to the Boutique as seller, not to GOCO.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Contact hello@gocoshop.com.au immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not use the Platform to: violate any applicable law; list or sell counterfeit goods or goods that infringe intellectual property rights; transmit spam or malicious code; scrape or harvest data without GOCO's written consent; impersonate another person; interfere with the Platform's operation; or engage in conduct that damages GOCO's reputation or trademarks.
'Good Order Collective' and 'GOCOSHOP' are registered trademarks of Good Order Collective Pty Ltd ACN 698 884 114. You must not use GOCO's trademarks or branding without prior written consent. You retain ownership of content you submit. GOCO owns all aggregated, anonymised Platform Data as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOCO's total liability to you is limited to the greater of: fees paid by you to GOCO in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $100. GOCO is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
