Good Order Collective Pty Ltd ACN 698 884 114 ('GOCO') is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with GOCOSHOP.
We collect: identity information (name, email, phone); account information; boutique information including ABN (for boutique operators, not publicly displayed); payment confirmation records via our payment processor (we do not store card details); and usage data including pages visited, search queries, and approximate location.
We use personal information to: manage your account; facilitate transactions; process payments and boutique payouts; send transactional emails; provide customer support; improve the platform; and comply with legal obligations.
GOCO owns aggregated, anonymised, de-identified data generated through Platform activity ('Platform Data'). Platform Data does not identify you individually. It is aggregated across a minimum of three boutiques before any publication or third-party disclosure.
We may share your information with the following categories of service providers: our payment processor (payment processing); postal and delivery carriers (order delivery); third-party email delivery services (transactional email); third-party cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (platform hosting and data storage); AI-assisted listing technology (processing item images and listing content); mapping and location service providers (store maps); and regulatory bodies where required by law. Some of these providers may store or process your personal information outside Australia. We do not sell personal information.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact privacy@gocoshop.com.au. We respond within 30 days. Unresolved complaints may be directed to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Account information is retained for 7 years after closure. Transaction records are retained for 7 years per Australian tax law requirements.
