Buyer Terms

Marketplace

Version 1.0 · June 2026

1. Who you are buying from

When you purchase on GOCOSHOP, you are buying from the Boutique that listed the Item — not from Good Order Collective Pty Ltd ('GOCO'). GOCO acts as marketplace facilitator and limited payment collection agent for the Boutique. The contract of sale is between you and the Boutique.

2. Item condition

All Items are graded using the GOCO condition scale:

  • NWT — New with tags. Unworn, original tags attached.
  • EXC — Excellent. Worn once or twice, no visible flaws.
  • GOOD — Gently used, minor wear, no significant flaws.
  • FAIR — Visible wear. All flaws disclosed in listing.

3. What you pay

At checkout you pay: the item price (set by the Boutique, remitted to them in full) plus the GOCO Online Access Fee and shipping, each charged at the applicable rate set out in the GOCOSHOP Fee Schedule (Fees & Charges), provided at onboarding and available on gocoshop.com.au. A tax invoice for GOCO's fees is emailed after each purchase.

4. Availability

Items may sell in-store during the listing window. If this occurs before the Boutique confirms your order, you will receive a full automatic refund. The Boutique has 60 minutes to confirm each order.

5. Shipping

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post within 24 hours of Boutique confirmation. Tracking is provided by email once the label is scanned. Shipping is charged at the applicable flat rate set out in the GOCOSHOP Fee Schedule (Fees & Charges), Australia-wide.

6. Returns and consumer guarantees

GOCOSHOP does not accept change-of-mind returns on preloved items. If an Item arrives materially different from its listing, contact the Boutique within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms. See the Returns and Resolution Policy for full details.
