Fees & Charges

1. Boutique fees

Membership

GOCOSHOP membership pricing is being finalised during the pilot period and will be confirmed with reasonable prior notice before general launch, in line with Section 4 below. No membership fee is currently being charged to pilot boutiques.

Token packs — all prices GST-inclusive

• Starter: 25 tokens — $20.00 ($0.73/token net)
• Standard: 100 tokens — $65.00 ($0.59/token net)
• Volume: 300 tokens — $165.00 ($0.50/token net)
• Bulk: 1,000 tokens — $440.00 ($0.40/token net)

Signup token grants

• Standard member: 25 tokens free, expires 90 days
• Founding cohort (first 25 boutiques): 100-token welcome bundle on signup, expires 90 days
• Referral bonus: 25 tokens to both parties, expires 90 days
• Purchased tokens expire 12 months from purchase

2. Buyer fees (all GST-inclusive, charged at checkout)

• GOCO Online Access Fee: 6% of the item price + $1.20, charged on purchases made through the GOCOSHOP marketplace. Charged once per order on the combined item total for multi-item orders, not per item. In-store purchases do not incur this fee.
• Shipping: $15.00 flat per order inc. GST

These buyer fees are taxable supplies of Good Order Collective Pty Ltd ACN 698 884 114. A tax invoice is emailed after each purchase. The item price is the Boutique's revenue and is not a GOCO fee.

3. GOCOEDIT search fees

During the pilot period, every buyer receives one free GOCOEDIT search per day. Paid additional searches are not available during the pilot.

4. Changes to fees

During the pilot period, fees may be updated with reasonable prior notice to members. Otherwise, fees may be updated on 30 days written notice to boutiques. Updated fees are published at gocoshop.com.au/legal/fees and take effect for new transactions from the date of update.
